Look At Spring In Bloom

Where could I get away from your spirit? If … I travelled beyond the east or lived in the furthest place in the west, you would be there… Psalm : 39. 7, 9, 10.

When I do see the May in bloom I ain’t afeard to ask the Almighty for Eternal Life.
An old Wiltshire countryman

‘Look at the animals roaming the forest: God’s spirit dwells within them. Look at the birds flying across the sky: God’s spirit dwells within them. Look at the tiny insects crawling upon the grass: God’s spirit dwells within them. Look at the fish in the river and sea: God’s spirit dells within them. There is no creature on earth in whom God is absent. Travel across the ocean to the most distant land, and you will find God’s spirit in all the creatures there. Climb up the highest mountain, and you will find God’s spirit among the creatures who live at the summit. When God pronounced that his creation was good, it was not only that his hand had fashioned every creature; it was that his breath had brought every creature to life.

Look, too, at the great trees of the forest; look at the wild flowers and the grass in the field; look even at your crops. The presence of God’s spirit in all living beings is what makes them beautiful; and if we look with God’s eyes, nothing on the earth is ugly.’
Pelagius To an elderly friend.

I program my computer
with the love of God.
God be with me now
as I call words into being.
May they make real my work of love.
May they join the work of creation.
Called from nothing, uttered over chaos
bringing order.
